- Keep Right at the fork and continue South approximately 2.5 miles.
- Turn Right (South) onto Forum Blvd. approximately .5 mile.
- Turn Left (East) onto Chapel Hill Road. Continue directions below
- From St. Louis:
- Take I-70 west to 63 Highway Exit #128.
- Go South on 63 Highway approximately 4 miles to Stadium Blvd. exit.
- Go Right (West) approximately 3.5 miles to Forum Blvd.
- Turn Left (South) onto Forum Blvd approximately .5 mile.
- Turn Left (East) onto Chapel Hill Road. Continue directions below
- From Jefferson City:
- Take 63 Highway North to AC exit into Columbia.
- Go Left (West) on Grindstone Parkway approximately 3.5 miles to Forum Blvd.
- Go Right (North) on Forum Blvd approximately 1.5 miles to Chapel Hill Road.
- Turn Right (East) onto Chapel Hill Road. Continue directions below
- From Kirksville:
- Take 63 Highway South to Stadium Blvd. exit.

Directions Continued: Chapel Hill Road ends in a cul-de-sac; that is where the driveway to the Jefferson Bldg begins. Fowler Allergy clinic is in Suite G, located in the middle of the Jefferson Building.
